The PROTOS® Industry is a versatile head protection system for industrial, construction, assembly, and maintenance applications. It provides reliable all-round protection with an unrestricted field of vision and effectively absorbs both vertical and horizontal impacts.
Thanks to its 20-step size adjustment, the helmet offers a secure and comfortable fit for virtually any head shape. The ventilation slider and KlimaAIR® padding ensure a comfortable climate inside the helmet, even during demanding work.

The PROTOS® Climber is the ideal head protection system for work at height, technical rescue operations, and climbing activities in both professional and recreational environments. Thanks to its certification, it can also be used for cycling, skiing, and snowboarding.
Equipped with the MaClip chin strap and Crash Absorber, the PROTOS® Climber offers significantly enhanced impact absorption compared to conventional safety helmets. Its high-tech honeycomb structure, combined with the ventilation slider, ensures optimal air circulation directly around the head.
PROTOS® Forest
The PROTOS® Forest was specifically developed for the extreme demands of forestry work. It is the ideal choice for applications where reliability and freedom of movement are essential.
From the visor to the hearing protection, all components are fully integrated into the helmet shell. This effectively prevents snagging on branches, thorns, or bushes – even when the face or hearing protection is in the park position. At the same time, the helmet remains securely and comfortably in place.

Reliable communication is essential for safety in every situation. PROTOS® BT-COM makes this possible through Bluetooth® technology, enabling communication between up to four participants in an intercom network.
Thanks to its digital two-way communication, radio interference is a thing of the past. An additional advantage is the directional gooseneck microphone, which suppresses ambient noise through an integrated condenser and ensures clear voice transmission.
PROTOS® Headset
With the unique PROTOS® Headset, you are prepared for any task. The headband can be individually configured by easily combining it with the BT-COM and/or safety glasses. Its extremely lightweight design, together with the specially positioned padding, ensures outstanding comfort without creating pressure points.
Regardless of movement or working position, the headband remains securely in place and does not slip. Safety glasses can be mounted directly without the temples affecting the SNR 30 dB noise attenuation rating. mindern.

Survival stories that inspire us
I just didn’t hear the warning call “Timber!”. In September 2018, as I often do, I was doing some forestry work in the dense spruce forest when, out of nowhere, a tree weighing over a ton, hit me from behind. The emergency team was quite surprised to find that I was still conscious in view of my serious injuries.
At the hospital, the situation seemed dramatic – severe fractures of the shoulder, vertebrae, pelvis and legs, and a level 1 out of 3 traumatic head injury. However, what the doctors could hardly believe was that despite the severe blow to the back of my head, there was not a single bone fracture in my head and no injury to my cervical spine. The PROTOS® Forest protected me from this and thus saved my life.
After several operations and months of rehabilitation, I went to Koblach and handed over my destroyed head protection to the PROTOS® team. The fact that I was able to walk again without a walker is just incredible.
